Rewa, MP — Destroyers Cricket Club (DES) have formally launched their pre-season preparation for the 2025 and 2026 Atal Bihari Vajpayee Memorial Tournament cycles, assembling an expanded 48-player training camp at Awadhesh Pratap Singh University (APSU) Stadium.
Skipper and all-round talisman Pranav Dwivedi, who has amassed 1,341 runs and claimed 63 wickets across 24 fixtures against arch-rivals Dread Eleven (DE), emphasized the team’s momentum following their decisive 4–1 series win in 2024.
"Our rivalry with Dread Eleven has set the benchmark for competitive cricket in the Vindhya region," Dwivedi stated. "With Aryan Deshmukh, Shivam Shukla, Anubhav Agarwal, and Venkatesh Iyer providing depth across all departments, our focus is squarely on sustaining championship standards."
The 2025 campaign will kick off with an intense four-match series in September 2025, leading into the Silver Jubilee Tournament edition in 2026 under the auspices of the Rewa Division Cricket Association (RDCA).
