  • Tournament Inquiries: When submitting forms through our Contact desk, your name, email address, and inquiry text are logged solely to fulfill match-day inquiries and trial scheduling.
  • Aggregated Site Telemetry: Anonymized Core Web Vitals, page visit counts, device classifications, and regional bandwidth telemetry to maintain 60 FPS client rendering.

Tournament Playing Conditions & Regulatory Compliance

Destroyers Cricket Club strictly adheres to the 14 statutory tournament regulations and modern playing amendments codified by the Rewa Division Cricket Association (RDCA). Captain Pranav Dwivedi and team management incorporate key tactical adjustments for complex rule changes:

In-Match Over Rate Penalty

Fielding side must commence the final over by scheduled cutoff. Failure incurs an immediate fielding restriction (only 4 fielders allowed outside the 30-yard circle for all subsequent overs).

60-Second Stop-Clock

Bowlers must be ready within 60 seconds between overs. Two warnings are allowed per innings; a 3rd breach costs a 5-run penalty awarded to the opposition.

15° Bowling Action Scrutiny

Strict compliance with the 15-degree elbow extension limit. Biomechanical 3D motion analysis applies to any reported bowling action under RDCA oversight.

PMOA Electronic Device Blackout

Full communication blackout in dressing rooms from 60 minutes pre-toss until post-match. Zero smartwatches or mobile devices permitted in team areas.
